Before you come in.
Book on HotDoc or phone reception. Bring your Medicare card. If you are new to the practice, arrive a few minutes early so we can take your details.

Book a time
Use HotDoc to pick a GP, or call 02 6496 4039 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

Bring your cards
Medicare card, concession or pension card if you have one, and a current medication list. New patients: photo ID as well.

Come to Imlay Street
169 Imlay Street, with free parking and wheelchair access. A pharmacy is nearby if you leave with a script.
Fees
Bulk billing is available. Some consultations may have a gap payment. Please ask reception when you book — especially for longer appointments, procedures, or if you do not hold a current Medicare card.
We accept payment for private fees on the day. Overseas visitors should check travel insurance before the appointment.

- The clinic is closed weekends and NSW public holidays.
- Do not send results, prescriptions, or descriptions of symptoms in writing.
- If you cannot attend, cancel in HotDoc or by phone so the time can go to someone else.
- After hours, call 000 for emergencies or attend South East Regional Hospital, Bega.
